In 1999, Hudson Square Salon was established with the opening of our boutique location in Hoboken, NJ. We are located in the heart of Hoboken's downtown district, conveniently located near the PATH station. Hudson Square Salon has been styling clients in the NYC area for over 25 successful years and looking forward to continuing our services for years to come.
Our friendly environment welcomes you to relax while we tend to your hair needs. We want you to look and feel amazing, this begins from the moment you walk through our door. A sensorial experience awaits.
As masters of our craft, and through the people we service we believe a fabulous hairstyle requires attention to details. Our professionally trained stylists work with you to create a personalized look, color that harmonizes with the cut, along with an emphasis on healthy hair.

German "Gerry" Lopez is the proud owner of Hudson Square Salon, with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry his passion for hair and beauty has brought him much success in the industry.
German has trained with renowned stylists and has been educated at highly ranked academies to gain the knowledge and expertise he is known for today. He gained and earned credibility for his technique, etiquette and professionalism as an educator which paved his way to successfully opening his own establishment in 1999.

It's been tortueous to skip my usual haircut and color with the team at Hudson Square Salon. I moved downtown in Hoboken two years ago, around the corner from Gerry's salon, and have been a dedicated customer ever since. Everyone is so lovely, and they truly care about the person in the seat. I used to frequent another salon near my childhood home for full highlights every three months, for example, and Gerry was the first stylist to step in and suggest something different to save my over-processed hair (and my wallet). Can I give 6 stars?? My entire experience at Hudson Salon was absolutely ah-mazing! I had "virgin" hair when I walked in - and was a bit nervous to change things up. After they did their magic, I left with a gorgeous ombre that I love, love, love!! The salon is in a great location, the staff is professional, easy to talk to, and most importantly, experts in their field. I would undoubtedly recommend this salon experience upon anyone.
